Length
We can shorten all of our Dresses and Jumpsuits to your desired length.
Sleeves
We can shorten sleeves on all of our items.
Pockets
Yes, some people do want their pockets removed!
Belt Loops
Don't want belt loops? No problem, we can remove them for you.

Tell us your alteration requirements in the notes field in the checkout.
3) We alter your item(s)
We alter your item(s) for FREE and send them out to you as normal.

We offer a FREE alterations service when requested at time of purchase. You can alter length, sleeves, belt loops and even whether or not you want pockets! Simply put your requests in the notes field when placing your order and you'll receive your custom-fit dress! x

DELIVERY
We know it is important to get your Popsy order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 STANDARD DELIVERY
- Free on UK orders of £40 or more
- £2.95 on UK orders under £40
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days and should be received within 2 to 5 working days of ordering.
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24: £5.95
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, or before 10am on Friday, will normally be dispatched using our Tracked 24 service. Weekend orders will normally be dispatched on Monday.
Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not guarantee next day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- Germany: £7.50
- Other countries outside the UK: £12.00
International orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days and we aim to deliver them within 10 working days. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing and local delivery services.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your Popsy purchase. We offer a 28 day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply, including altered items and certain hygiene sensitive products.
