Hello lovelies,
I would love you to join us for a very special Popsy event in Tamworth.
We are bringing the Popsy community together for a day that celebrates women exactly as they are. Every age, every shape, every size and every personality is welcome.
Popsy has always been about so much more than clothes. It is about helping women feel comfortable, confident and happy being themselves. This event will be a celebration of everything that makes our community so wonderful.
We do not want to reveal absolutely everything just yet, but you can expect plenty of Popsy colour, lots of laughter and some memorable moments throughout the day.
What can you expect?
We will have a photographer with us and will try to give as many women as possible the opportunity to enjoy a little makeover and have some lovely photographs taken.
We are also planning a Popsy fashion catwalk featuring real women from our community. You do not need any modelling experience and there is no need to look or act a certain way. Just come along and be yourself.
If the weather is kind to us, we may even take the celebration out onto the streets of Tamworth and show everyone what the Popsy community is all about.
There may also be a few extra surprises along the way, so keep an eye on our social channels as we share more details.
A celebration of every woman
This event is about celebrating real women, real bodies and everything that makes each of us different.
Whether you love being in front of the camera or usually hide whenever someone takes a photograph, you are welcome.
You can take part in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Come for the photographs, the catwalk, the community or simply to say hello.
Wear your favourite Popsy outfit, bring a friend or come along on your own. You will be surrounded by a community ready to welcome you.

Parking and travel
Parking near the event
Tamworth Castle Car Park is close to the venue, but it can fill up quickly, especially on busy Saturdays.
Other nearby parking options include Ankerside Shopping Centre Car Park and Spinning School Lane Car Park.
Road parking near the venue is limited, so we recommend allowing a little extra time to find a space and walk to The Old Bank House.
Parking availability and charges may vary. Please check the signs and local parking information when you arrive.
Travelling by train
The nearest railway station is Tamworth Station. From there, you can continue your journey to The Old Bank House by walking or using a local taxi service.
Photography and filming notice
Photography and filming will take place during the Popsy Event in Tamworth. Photographs and video may be shared on the Popsy Clothing website, social media channels, email communications, press materials and other promotional content.
General photographs and videos of the event may include guests in the background or as part of the wider crowd. We will speak to you separately before inviting you to take part in a posed photoshoot, interview, makeover, catwalk feature or other activity where you would be the main focus.
If you do not wish to appear in identifiable photographs or videos, please tell a member of the Popsy team when you arrive. We will explain how to make the photographer aware and will make reasonable efforts to avoid including you.
We will not intentionally publish an identifiable photograph or video of anyone under 18 as a featured subject without permission from their parent or guardian.

Do I have to take part in the catwalk?
No. You can take part in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, or simply come along to meet Cherish and the Popsy community.
