Need your order quick? We offer a Tracked 24 hour service and if your order is placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 10:00am Friday your order will be delivered using our Tracked 24 hour service (excluding Bank Holidays, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). Weekend orders (on Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on a Monday. Our Tracked 24 hour service is available on UK mainland deliveries but does not guarantee next day delivery.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and we aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being placed.

Please note all packages are sent from the UK. For deliveries to recipients within the EU VAT is in the price and all duty and fees are covered up to a maximum parcel value of €150. For the rest of the world, for legal purposes you (or the recipient of the goods, if different) are the importer of the goods (IOR/Importer of Record) and are responsible for any import formalities as well as any taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules.

You authorise Evri / DHL / Royal Mail to appoint a transport service that will act on your behalf with the customs and tax authorities of the destination country when the products are imported and will process and pay the import fees incurred for you. We will deliver your order to the address you request at checkout when placing your order so please ensure this is correct. Any orders that are sent back to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery company after a missed delivery will be automatically refunded minus the postage. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Please note we are unfortunately unable to specify the time the goods will be delivered to you and are unable to give a guaranteed delivery date. During busy times such as sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer due to the increased demand.
