Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Popsy Clothing Ltd (company number 09881595), registered at Unit 2 Bath Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 5AP.

1. Eligibility

Competitions and giveaways are open to residents of all countries (unless otherwise stated), aged 16 years or over. Employees of Popsy Clothing Ltd, their close relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry

Entry details and instructions will be provided on the relevant social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

  • Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  • Entries must be received before the stated closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. The Prize

  • The prize is as stated and is non-transferable with no cash alternative.

  • Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • We are not responsible for prize details provided by third parties.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are selected at random (unless otherwise stated).

  • Winners will be contacted by email within 28 days of the closing date.

  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

  • Winners will only be contacted by Popsy Clothing Ltd.

5. Delivery

The promoter will arrange delivery or collection of the prize and will notify the winner accordingly.

6. Free Gift Promotions (Spend Threshold Offers)

For promotions offering a free gift when spending over a specified amount:

  • Gift cards are excluded and do not count towards the qualifying spend.

  • If items from a qualifying order are returned and the remaining order value falls below the required threshold:

    • The free gift must also be returned; or

    • The value of the free gift will be deducted from any refund issued.

7. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any competition or promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.

8. Liability & Jurisdiction

  • The promotion is governed by English law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or any other platform. You are providing your information to Popsy Clothing Ltd only.

10. Survey Prize Draws

From time to time, Popsy Clothing Ltd may offer prize draws in connection with customer surveys.

Where a survey prize draw is offered:

Entry into the prize draw is optional and is not required in order to complete the survey.

To enter, participants must provide a valid email address and confirm that they have read and agree to the applicable prize draw terms.

Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.

For the Popsy Christmas 2026 Print Survey Prize Draw:

• One winner will receive a £100 Popsy Gift Voucher.
• One winner will receive a dress in their choice of shape in print from the final Christmas 2026 collection, subject to availability.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the stated closing date.

Winners will be contacted using the email address provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Popsy Clothing Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

Personal data supplied for survey prize draws will only be used for administering the prize draw and contacting winners unless the participant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

By entering a survey prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms stated on the relevant survey.

£15 Popsy Credit Weekend Offer

Promotion period
The promotion ends at 11:59pm on Sunday 9th August 2026.

How to qualify
Spend £100 or more in a single order during the promotion period.

Qualifying spend
The £100 minimum spend is calculated after discounts have been applied and excludes duty, delivery charges and gift cards.

What you’ll receive
Qualifying customers will receive £15 Popsy Credit.

When the credit will be added
The £15 credit will be added to the customer account linked to the email address used for the qualifying order from Monday 10th August 2026.

Expiry date
Promotional credit must be used by 11:59pm on 30th September 2026. Any unused promotional credit will expire after this date.

Limit per customer
A maximum of one £15 promotional credit per customer will be issued during the promotion period.

Returns
If items are returned and the value of the items kept from the qualifying order falls below £100, Popsy Clothing reserves the right to remove the £15 promotional credit. If the credit has already been used, its value may be deducted from any refund due.

Cancelled or refunded orders
Cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid orders will not qualify for promotional credit.

Credit restrictions
Promotional credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or a gift card, and cannot be transferred to another customer.

General
Popsy Clothing reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.
