Popsy Poppet Model Signup

We are looking to showcase our children’s garments on some of our lovely poppet customers! If you would like to sign up for your child to be considered as a model, please read the below information carefully and fill out the required form.

By applying to be a customer model, you are consenting to share an image, name, age and size your child wears on our website and social media. You must be the legal parent or guardian of the child as you will need to sign consent forms on their behalf, if selected.

You address will only be used to post out a garment. Children will receive one garment of which we will require a clear portrait photograph which you will take yourself. We will limit this to one garment per child to make sure we can give all children a fair shot at modelling our products. When you garment is posted out to you, we will be including information on how and when to take your photos, so please give this a read.
