Popsy Clothing – Model Release Form (Popsy Photoshoot Day)

I grant permission to Popsy Clothing Limited to use my image(s) taken by Popsy photographer EMILY LAUREN COWLISHAW, on the date and location specified in the form below for use in marketing campaigns including (but not limited to): Publications, Official Popsy Website and Social Media. And also for further use of advertising including being featured in or alongside running ads provided by our marketing team.

I MUST NOT discuss any garments featured in the shoot day until after its release. Failure to do so will be a breech of agreement and I may not be asked back to any photo shoots again in the future.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph.

I understand that after the garments release, I may contact Popsy to receive a digital copy of my images FREE OF CHARGE. I understand images must not be cropped, edited or manipulated in any way. I MUST NOT sell or distribute any images without further written consent from Popsy Clothing Limited and/or the named photographer.

There will be a fixed rate of £10 per hour for my time. Travel expenses must be covered by myself. I will invoice Popsy clothing to collect my agreed fee. Popsy will provide me with the garments worn by myself as a gesture of good will, however I understand I MUST NOT wear these at any time until the creative director says so.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

If you are below the age of 18, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. Parents / guardians will need to chaperone for the entire shoot day. Children MUST NOT be left unattended at any moment by their responsible adult.
