Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and goods should be received within 2-5 working days of ordering.
UK ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 – £4.50
Need your order quick? We offer a Tracked 24 hour service and if your order is placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 11:00am Friday your order will be delivered using our Tracked 24 hour service (excluding Bank Holidays, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). Weekend orders (on Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on a Monday. Our Tracked 24 hour service is available on UK mainland deliveries but does not guarantee next day delivery.
DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF UK – £12.00
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and we aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being placed.
Please note all packages are sent from the UK. For deliveries to recipients within the EU, for legal purposes you (or the recipient of the goods, if different) are the importer of the goods (IOR/Importer of Record) and are responsible for any import formalities as well as any taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules.
You authorise Royal Mail to appoint a transport service that will act on your behalf with the customs and tax authorities of the destination country when the products are imported and will process and pay the import fees incurred for you. For each product, ownership and risk are transferred to the recipient at the time it is handed over to the transport service within the UK.
GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
We will deliver your order to the address you request at checkout when placing your order so please ensure this is correct. Any orders that are sent back to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery company after a missed delivery will be automatically refunded minus the postage. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Please note we are unfortunately unable to specify the time the goods will be delivered to you and are unable to give a guaranteed delivery date. During busy times such as sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer due to the increased demand.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and Popsy understands that sometimes you may wish to return your items. If you are not entirely satisfied please see below for full details of the process for returning your items to us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards, Tights & any items which have been altered in are non-returnable.
Each order will be provided with a returns note. Please complete this accordingly, filling in all appropriate information and include the reason for return. Reseal the items you wish to return and include the returns slip. Please ensure your parcel is packaged securely.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Save When Bought Together
If you purchase an item as part of a save when bought together deal and return part of the order, the original discount on all items purchased as part of the deal will be invalid. i.e if you purchase two dresses valued at £30 each as part of a save when bought together deal & receive a 10% discount on these two dresses you will pay £54 so £27 each dress. If one of these dresses is returned you will receive a refund minus the original discounts. Therefore you will receive £24 in total. £27 minus the £3 discount on the other dress in the bundle.
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Popsy Clothing, Unit 2 Bath Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AP, United Kingdom. If we have one in stock we will send out an exchange.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
